Order Form

How to use this order form. Please select the items and quantity you would like from the order form below. You will then be asked to enter your payment and delivery details and how you would like to pay. You may pay by one of several methods: All leading credit cards, PayPal, BACS transfer, internet banking or you may send an official purchase order (if you are a goverment agency). for further payment assistance you may also call our service centre on 01206 39100.

Official Purchase Order. We only accept official purchase orders in hard copy format. Please post, fax or email these documents to us. Otherwise, we are happy to invoice you for the goods and dispatch them after receiving payment.

Returns Policy

Cancellations. Cancellation of orders should be made within 7 working days of the order being placed. D&Wp will arrange a full refund via credit note, BACS transfer or credit card refund depending on the payment type.

Returns. Customers wishing to return unwanted goods should arrange to have the product delivered back to D&Wp who will arrange a full refund for the goods and original carriage charges depending on the payment type.

Damages. Damaged goods should be notified within 7 working days of the date of receipt upon which D&Wp will arrange to repair or replace them. Subject the the product having a valid warranty D&Wp will repair or replace products free of charge. Products which fall outside of warranty will be subject to the usual repair and replacement charges. Please see the Spares and Consumables section of our website for details of these charges.
