Order Form
How to use this order form. Please select the items and quantity you would like from the order form below. You will then be asked to enter your payment and delivery details and how you would like to pay. Official Purchase Order. We only accept official purchase orders in hard copy format. Please post, fax or email these documents to us. Otherwise, we are happy to invoice you for the goods and dispatch them after receiving payment. Returns Policy Damages. Damaged goods should be notified within 7 working days of the date of receipt upon which D&Wp will arrange to repair or replace them. Subject the the product having a valid warranty D&Wp will repair or replace products free of charge. Products which fall outside of warranty will be subject to the usual repair and replacement charges. Please see the Spares and Consumables section of our website for details of these charges.
